Refund policy


Should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days after purchase, Masters Academy will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. Refunds are not available for customers 7 days after a purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the terms of service; violations are determined at Masters Academy’s sole discretion, based on our Terms.

In order to get a refund, the user must contact Masters Academy and request it. (You can contact us using the contact forms located on the website/training portal, live-chat support messenger on the website or by e-mail at cs@masters-academy.com) The refund will be paid in full after a review if there are no violations of the terms from the user’s side.

If the user has purchased access during a promotion (for example 2 accounts with lifetime access at the price of 1) and requests a refund, the access of both accounts will be terminated (as they were both paid for and subsequently refunded).

If the user has consumed/watched/used/viewed more than 50% of the purchased content Masters Academy reserves the right to deny a refund request.
